Returns Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To initiate an exchange:

Send an email to support@kalushi.co.za with your order details and a description of the issue.

Once your exchange is approved, mail your item to:
1 Featherbrook Complex, 45 Meadow Avenue, Equestria, Pretoria 0002, Gauteng, South Africa.

Please note: We will cover the shipping costs for delivering the exchanged item to your address.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days and credited to your original method of payment.

For product exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs for sending the replacement item to your address.
