Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of receiving payment.

Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays, or during weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure prompt delivery. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:

Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-5 business days.

Express Shipping (Domestic): 1-3 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping option.

For orders over R1500.00 we offer free standard shipping within Gauteng.

Order Tracking
​
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions to track your package. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your shipment until it reaches you.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Kalushi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages
While we work with reputable courier services, occasional mishaps can occur:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@kalushi.co.za within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable). We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it at support@kalushi.co.za.

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Undeliverable Packages
​
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or failure to collect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
